The only background in law enforcement I have is that my Dad was a COP for 20 years, however that doesn’t keep me from saying that anyone with 2 functioning brain cells, could stand at the podium and look out across the venue and say, “cover all the high spots first”, then let’s work our way down, AND get a drone in the air, to bolster coverage of what we may not be able to see. It’s not rocket science!!
