Is it Time to wall off NY and give America citizens a few weeks to pack up and be escorted out of the city? Use the money diverted from the Police and the money provided to the infiltrators to fund relocations of those who opt to leave, if thats not enough borrow back some of the 64 billion given to Ukraine. Since Much like Ukraine, we have armed foreign nationals conquering and controlling property within our own country.
Issue guns from buy back programs to those who wish to stay. Maybe they will find a leader who will organize them to defend their city against the army of armed gangs.

Maybe the better option would be to borrow Police from across the country to clean up the city. Much like utility workers converge in natural disaster areas.
To accomplish that, might start with removing the organized criminals from government.
