Merritt Garland thoughtfully and purposely chose Hsu to do the evaluation to determine if Biden was mentally fit to stand trial and that is because Hsu is Korean and he knew that in Korean culture they must respect their elders and that to say negatives about an elder is frowned upon. Maybe you may remember when there was a rash of near collisions by Korean airlines pilots because even though the younger co-pilot was aware of serious issues with the elder pilot they did not do anything to correct the pilot’s deficiencies due to this cultural issue which eventually in a moritorium on allowing any Korean Airlines on the runway until they the pilot staff went through an intense deprogramming intervention to correct this. And, I find it very confusing that even though Hsu found Biden to be a feeble forgetful elderly man Biden is still allowed to hold the presidential position…it just doesn’t make any sense.
