  1. The government is no longer of we the people when the authorities and courts kiss up to criminals! Can anyone truthfully say that is what they are doing with wide open borders and welfare for anyone that bum-rushes the border?

  2. There even shouldn’t be a law that protects someone who is basically stealing but that is the Demonrats way, they protect the criminals, trannies and illegals

  3. If the squatter(s) are always right then why are those Jan 6th patriots sitting in jail when they were only entering the “people’s house”.

  4. Pretty obvious what the game is: the homeowner has $ so the system slaps (her) with fines, fees, and costs to move $ into the system while no one gives a damn what the squatter does since they have nothing to add to the coffers.

  5. The US Supreme Court’s recent decision about the homeless having no rights at all, and there being no “right” to housing should be applied in this court. There may be facts we don’t know. No one owes a stranger their home if the government can prevent anyone from resting in a public park.

  7. This is my first time to read USAEagles News, and likely my last. The comments are basically homogeneous, making me wonder if the opinions expressed are those of humans. I hope people will realize that there are no easy answers to homelessness. The situation covered in this edition has occurred for years in some states, but solutions are possible. I think anyone facing the problem will find a doable, effective solution on the internet. It’s too bad that this publication did not mention any of them.
