I was pulled over once for not signaling. I calmly told the cop that I made sure to signal. He asked me to turn my right blinker on. He went and looked. Then, he asked me to come look. There was no signal. He let me go with a warning.

the windows constantly going up and down makes this so comedic

  1. I would have given George Floyd 2 or 3 minutes to comply & get into the unit, B $ I pop a cap in his ass. Call the coroner, to clean the $hit up

  2. The Supreme Court has ruled that you can be ordered out of your car during a lawful traffic stop. The case was in 1977 Pennsylvania vs Mimms. The ruling is the police can order you out of your vehicle during a traffic stop if they have a reasonable suspicion of a safety threat. An operator of a vehicle with tinted windows who continues to roll them up after being instructed to leave them rolled down would be the safety threat. As far as the stop it would have been recorded on the dash camera of the squad. The squad camera footage of the stop wasn’t provided. Chicago Police cars are equipped with squad cameras so the footage should be available.
