I knew that monkeys threw their manure, but a grown woman? I would have called the cops, but if she did that to my wife and child, she’d need an ambulance. She probably tosses her soiled baby diapers on the street too.

I had a similar problem a few yrs back when a woman who lived a couple of blocks away, would walk her dog thru our neighborhood and never clean up after her dog.When confronted she pulled the typical cry baby attitude. Now I had a couple rotweillers that did their dirty work, fenced in my back yard, and I had a 5 gal bucket with a weeks worth of dog poo. This inconsiderate woman spent several hours the next morning cleaning off her back porch, stairs, walkway and car from an early am dog poo attack! She moved out a month later.
