I agree with the mayor, the real problem needs addressed. Chicago needs a new Mayor
I guess the problem isn’t just absent black father’s. The black mayor said ” as a father, he doesn’t want his children questioned on where they go”. So even when the father is there, it doesn’t necessarily mean they have a parent to guide them. Unbelievable!
