When Jane Fonda visited the American POW’s in the Viet Nam camp, the US troops passed her notes when shaking her hand. The notes told about what was really happening (versus the dog and pony show that was being put on for her visit). Jane Fonda BETRAYED those men by giving their notes to the head of the camp. He laughed it off in front of her, but when she left, he had the men severely beaten to within an inch of their lives.

I wasn’t there. Went in service in 1976 and I heard many of the stories from the veterans that returned from Vietnam. She should of been in prison.

I am a Vietnam veteran, and I find it hard to believe that later she did movies and television as if nothing ever happened. She has always been on my shit list, and I would never watch anything she’s involved with.

Hanoi Jane was cute back then, but she shouldn’t have done what she did. Our soldiers were fighting and dying for a third world country half- way around the globe. The last thing they needed was to be sold out by some young bimbo, who never had to fight.
