As a kid I had to earn the privilege to have access to my dad’s firearms,however my father was abusive but not one of us kids ever took the firearms to school to harm others.so these parents didn’t seem to keep track of this kid and didn’t address this child’s behaviors

My understanding was that this was only the 1st or 2nd day he had ever been at this school. He could not have been bullied by these kids.
