Thats right if his family really cared about him they would have had him put some place where he could get some help , but they just kicked him out, now they want to try and get some money for his death. He was alive when he got to the hospital so Penny did not kill him , drugs and his illnesses is what killed him, if anything his family is more responsible than anyone for not getting him help
