Cuckoo Kathy Hochul could have removed Fat Alvin from office, but she lacked the courage to do that. She could have ordered Fat Alvin to drop his prosecution of Daniel Penny, but she lacked the courage to do that too. She could remove idiot Adams from office, but she won’t do that either.
